With a career in legal practice since 2014, Advocate Sujit K.C. has built the firm’s practice across criminal defense, commercial advisory, and civil litigation. His academic background in criminal and commercial law informs a practical, research-driven approach to every matter, from criminal defense through commercial dispute resolution.
Beyond private practice, he has served as legal advisor to national sporting bodies including the All Nepal Football Association, advising on governance, contractual, and compliance matters — experience that sharpens his focus on institutional legal risk alongside individual client representation.
His engagement extends into public policy and institutional leadership as well: he served as a Council Member of the National Youth Council under Nepal’s Ministry of Youth & Sports, and continues to take part in international governance and policy programs — including the KASYP fellowship with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung — broadening the governance and cross-border policy perspective he brings to advising clients and leading the firm.
