Advocate Dilip Kumar K.C. has practiced law since 2015, focusing on property transactions, contract drafting, and civil and family matters. He works hand in hand with the firm’s founder, Advocate Sujit K.C., on matters that call for coordinated strategy, while also independently advising and representing his own roster of clients — regularly handling documentation for land sales and purchases, drafting and reviewing contracts, and representing clients directly in civil and family disputes.

His practice draws on close familiarity with Nepal’s Civil Code 2074, Land Act, and Registration Act — covering title, boundary, and partition disputes, and guiding clients through land administration processes before resorting to court litigation.
